Sara McGlothlin is a holistic nutrition and wellness coach based in Richmond, VA. Her practice is inspired by her passion for helping others to live healthier lives. She understands that when it comes to health, there is no “one-size-fits-all;” therefore, she uses a holistic, informative and supportive approach to help guide clients to achieve their goals and make sustainable changes. In her practice, she primarily focuses on areas such as weight loss, emotional eating, food intolerances, digestive issues, and increasing feelings of energy and overall well-being.

Sara also loves to cook, and her kitchen creations uphold her belief in the power of real, whole food nutrition. She loves sharing recipes that are not only delicious and easy, but health supportive to leave her clients and readers feeling nourished and satisfied. Additionally, her love of food photography has evolved into a passion for showing that healthy food can also be beautiful.

Before obtaining her certification as a holistic nutrition consultant, she worked in sales and marketing in both the banking and natural foods industries. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics, and received her Masters in Elementary Education from Mary Baldwin College. She is also an instructor at barReVA, a local barre studio in Richmond.
