Casey Seiden, MS, RD, CDN, CDE is a New York City-based registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes educator. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Science from the University of Vermont. She went on to complete a Masters in Nutrition and Public Health and her Dietetic Internship from Teachers College Columbia University. Over her eight year career in food and nutrition Casey has worked with community nutrition programs, contributed her nutrition research and writing skills to national and international organizations and audiences, and is currently working in a private women's health practice providing nutrition counseling and diabetes self management training using an all-foods-fit approach.
